How do I edit vendor information in Ressio?

  1. Find the Vendor
    1. Go to the Vendors page
    2. Use the search bar or scroll through the vendor list on the left to find the company you want to edit
  2. Edit Company-Level Details
    • In the Business details section, click the "Edit details" button to update:
      • Company name
      • Phone number
      • Address
      • Contract agreement dates
      • COI (Certificate of Insurance) dates
      • Notes
      • Upload or manage files (at the top)
    • Click Save
  3. Edit Individual Contacts Under a Vendor
    • In the "Contacts" section of the vendor card, click the pencil icon next to a contact
    • You can update the name, job title, and phone number
    • Email addresses cannot be edited. If an email changes, you’ll need to create a new contact 
    • Click Save
