- Find the Vendor
- Go to the Vendors page
- Use the search bar or scroll through the vendor list on the left to find the company you want to edit
- Edit Company-Level Details
- In the Business details section, click the "Edit details" button to update:
- Company name
- Phone number
- Address
- Contract agreement dates
- COI (Certificate of Insurance) dates
- Notes
- Upload or manage files (at the top)
- Click Save
- In the Business details section, click the "Edit details" button to update:
- Edit Individual Contacts Under a Vendor
- In the "Contacts" section of the vendor card, click the pencil icon next to a contact
- You can update the name, job title, and phone number
- Email addresses cannot be edited. If an email changes, you’ll need to create a new contact
- Click Save
