Your builder has given you access to your project. Using the Ressio app, you can:
📖 View project information: Daily logs │ Shared project files │ Budget summaries or details │ Scope of Work details │ Schedule progress │ Invoices and payments
📝 Approve documents: Proposals │ Selection items │ Change orders
📱 Communicate: Send messages to your builder │ Share photos, files, and links

Getting Access
You will receive an email from your builder containing a link to access your project.

Key Features
Select the menu options along the bottom of the screen to access the following information:
🏠 Home: Access Approvals, Invoices, Daily Logs, Files, and Budget summaries/details
📋 Specs (Optional): View the scope of work, files, and send messages
📝 Approvals: Review and approve proposals, selections, and change orders
📄 Logs: Track project progress and builder updates
📅 Schedule/ Calendar view (Optional): View project tasks and phases
💵 Budget and Invoices: View budget summaries, payment progress, and invoices. Optional budget breakdown available.
Home
The Home page provides a snapshot of, and access to, your project's latest updates, including:
Approval documents │ Invoices │ Daily log posts │ Project files/photos │ Budget summary
Simply tap the item you wish to view to open it.
Specs (optional)
The specs page provides a detailed scope of work for your project in an organized way.
Navigate the Specs page using Search, Expand/Collapse, and Filters
TIP: Use the Specs page to send messages to your builder. View and upload files and links.
Approval Documents
The following documents may require your approval: Proposals, Selections, and Change Orders.

Daily Logs
Daily logs allow your builder to share on-site progress.
Questions? Use the Message icon to communicate with your builder.
Schedule and Calendar (Optional)
Access the Schedule and Calendar by selecting the More icon (...) in the bottom menu. Your builder may have project tasks or phases available in list and calendar view.
Select the task to view details and send a message to your builder.
Budget and Invoices
Once under contract, your builder may share budget information and issue invoices. Access these through the More icon and select Budget.
Reminder: The Home page also links to the Budget and Invoice section.
Budget Breakdown (optional): Scroll down to view a detailed budget breakdown.

Communication

Messages can be sent to your builder from most areas of Ressio. Look for the message and file icons!

Sending messages and attaching files is easy and intuitive. This is a great way to communicate with your builder!
