CRM Navigation and Layout

The Customers tab now appears as CRM, reflecting expanded capabilities.

Select the CRM tab in the left-hand menu to open the new leads table.

Using and Customizing the Leads Table

The leads table offers a customizable view for tracking sales opportunities: statuses, owners, and sources.

Each submission from your website’s lead intake form now creates a lead (not a project), allowing filtering and deletion before project creation, reducing clutter.

From the Leads table, you can:
  •  Delete or mark irrelevant leads (e.g., spam) without archiving projects.
  • Search, filter, and edit leads directly in the leads table. Double-select any cell to update details.

  • Adjust lead and source statuses for your workflow:

Managing Lead Details and Activities

To manage lead details and activities, you can:

Select any lead to link it to customers, or edit and update details directly:

Mark a lead as spam to filter it from the main table:

Delete leads, deciding whether to remove associated customers or projects. Restrictions prevent removing customers with active relationships:

Log activities related to sales calls, meetings, or emails for better team tracking:

Creating and Handling Customers

Open the Customers tab to access enhanced table views and quick editing features:

View and edit customer details, update contacts, see associated leads and projects, or add new leads for existing customers:

Log and link activities at the customer level, with optional association to specific leads or projects:

Linking Leads with Projects

From any lead, start a new project or link to an existing one. Project creation pre-fills info from the lead for consistency.

This linkage ensures accurate tracking as leads convert into projects.

CRM Settings and Form Customization

Manage lead statuses and sources via CRM settings in Company Settings, which replaces the old Lead Intake form tab:

Configure the Lead Intake form - set allowed domains, select fields, preview form, and get embed code:

Customize lead and prospect statuses; the first status in the list is the default for new leads.

‼️The spam status remains non-deletable to support spam filtering.

Project CRM Activity tab

In any project, access the CRM Activity tab to see all related activity and log new project-specific actions:

Link activities to leads or customers, creating a comprehensive view across relationships and project phases:
