# How Customers Pay Invoices in Ressio

🏡 See what the payment experience looks like for customers after you send an invoice.

#### How customers access an invoice

After you send an invoice, Ressio emails the customer a link to view it. Customers can also view the invoice on their **Home screen** or in the **Budget** page of their homeowner portal.

#### How payment works

To pay an invoice, the customer clicks **Pay Invoice**.

Depending on what you've enabled, the customer may be able to pay by:

- ACH
- Credit card

#### What customers enter

For a **credit card** payment, the customer enters:

- Card number
- Expiration date
- Security code

For an **ACH** payment, the customer enters:

- Account type
- Routing number
- Account number

💡 Before submitting payment, the customer will see the fee and total amount due.

#### After payment is submitted

Once payment is submitted, it is processed and the customer is notified when it is complete.
