How Customers Pay Invoices in Ressio

How customers access an invoice
After you send an invoice, Ressio emails the customer a link to view it. Customers can also view the invoice on their Home screen or in the Budget page of their homeowner portal.
How payment works
To pay an invoice, the customer clicks Pay Invoice.
Depending on what you've enabled, the customer may be able to pay by:
- ACH
- Credit card

What customers enter
For a credit card payment, the customer enters:
- Card number
- Expiration date
- Security code
For an ACH payment, the customer enters:
- Account type
- Routing number
- Account number
💡 Before submitting payment, the customer will see the fee and total amount due.
After payment is submitted
Once payment is submitted, it is processed and the customer is notified when it is complete.
