When reconciling transactions in **QuickBooks Online (QBO)**, you can assign each expense or deposit to both a **Vendor/Customer/project** and a **product or service**—right from your **bank feed**. Doing this early keeps your **budget tracking and job costing** in sync automatically. --- #### Navigating the Bank Feed  Begin by accessing your bank feed in QuickBooks.
