How to Access Your Ressio Training & Onboarding Tasks
A step-by-step guide to navigating your Ressio onboarding and training tasks
Our self-service tool is designed to keep us on track and accountable to our onboarding goals. Each task contains information to help familiarize you with a specific Ressio feature to drive success.

Where Training Begins
After your Ressio kickoff call, you’ll receive an onboarding email from Ressio.
This email is your entry point into the training platform.

The email sender will appear as notifications@app from Ressio

If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or junk folder before reaching out to support

Accessing the Training Platform
Logging on for the FIRST Time
Inside the email, you’ll find a link that takes you directly to your onboarding project.
When you click the link:

You’ll be logged into the training platform

You’ll land on the Next Up tab, which shows your immediate next steps

Your company name will appear alongside the Ressio logo

Once you are in for the first time, make sure to book mark ressio.sero.so/login. To log in after that, follow these steps:

Type in the URL: ressio.sero.so/login

This will bring you to the Log In screen.

Put in your email address and hit 'Generate Login Code'

A code will be send to your email. Copy and paste it in on the Log In screen and it 'Log In'.

It will bring you directly to your company's 'Next Up' tab.

Navigating the Training Platform
Upon entering the platform, the dashboard opens to the “Next Up” tab. This view highlights your immediate onboarding tasks.
The navigation panel at the top left features:
- Ressio logo
- Your company name
- Logout option

Dashboard sections include:
- Home: Task summary and onboarding key dates
- Next Up: Immediate tasks and progress tracking
- Tasks: All assigned tasks
- Chats: Direct support communication
- Artifacts: Relevant documents or resources
Using Key Platform Features
Home Tab
- Shows breakdown of your onboarding tasks
- Lists key dates (start and onboarding completion targets)

Next Up Tab
- Displays your overall progress of the training program at the top
- Displays immediate tasks to accomplish by you, Ressio, and your company
- Reduces overwhelm by focusing on top priorities
- Displays all chat threads on the right

Tasks Tab
- Completed items are cleared automatically as progress is made
- You can see title, status, assignee, dates and how long each task will take.

Chat Tab
You can see a comprehensive list of all chat threads under the chat tab.
- Create a new chat by hitting the + New Chat button.
- See all chat threads
- Message directly to your customer success coach
Artifacts Tab
An dedicated space to add files or links you would like to share with your coach.
Managing Tasks and Chatting with Support
Working Through Tasks
To start working through you tasks, click on your company's tasks or tasks assigned to you.
- Select the first task in the list and click 'Open task'
- Review the provided instructions and resources
- Use the chat within each task to reach your coach if questions arise

After completing a task, mark it as 'Complete' to remove it from your list and proceed to the next step.

Status Meanings:
- Back-log —Customer Coach status only
- To-do—Assigned and not started
- In Progress—Started it and working through the resources
- Stuck—I need help. If this is the case, please message your coach
- Completed—You read/watched all resource
- Canceled—This is a customer coach status only
Communicating via Chat
With in a task, you can chat with your customer coach if you have questions. Chatting within a task threads the chat to that specific task.
- Use the chat panel to message your Ressio customer success coach
- View past conversations and initiate new ones as needed
