Adding clients to a project

Adding clients to a project is done in the "people" tab of the project settings page. Press the "+ Invite customer" button and follow the onscreen prompts.

Adding a new client to a project

Navigate to the project settings page of the project you wish to add a client to. Once in the project settings, navigate to the "people" tab, and click "+ Invite customer".

To add new client information fill in their information in the contact form when prompted. Click "Save and invite" when ready to send an invite link to the client

Note: If you want to save the customer information, but not send an invite to Ressio right away, click "Save" instead of "Save and invite". You can always come back to the people tab in the project settings page and send the invite when ready!

 


Adding an existing client to a project

Navigate to the project settings page of the project you wish to add a client to. Once in the project settings, navigate to the "people" tab, and click "+ Invite customer".

To add an existing client click the dropdown and select a client from your existing client list. Click "Save and invite" when ready to send a project invite link to the client.

Note: If you want to save the customer information, but not send an invite to this project yet, click "Save" instead of "Save and invite". You can always come back to the people tab in the project settings page and send the invite when ready!
