Live Chat Opens Blank in the Ressio Mobile App

How to fix a blank Live Chat window in the Ressio mobile app by allowing pop-ups in your browser.

If you tap the ? icon in the upper right corner of Ressio and the Live Chat window appears blank, your browser is likely blocking pop-ups.

Ressio Live Chat opens in a small pop-up window. If pop-ups are blocked in your browser, the chat window cannot load.

Fix: Allow Pop-Ups in Your Browser

Safari (iPhone or iPad)

  1. Open Settings on your device

  2. Scroll down and tap Safari

  3. Find Block Pop-ups

  4. Toggle Block Pop-ups OFF

After turning pop-ups off, reopen Ressio and click the ? icon again.


Chrome (Android)

  1. Open Chrome

  2. Tap the three dots menu in the top right

  3. Select Settings

  4. Tap site Settings

  5. Tap Pop-ups and redirects

  6. Set pop-ups to Allowed

Return to Ressio and click the ? icon again.

Chrome (iPhone)

  1. Open Chrome

  2. Tap the three dots menu in the bottom right

  3. Select Settings

  4. Tap Content settings

  5. Tap Block pop-ups

  6. Toggle On

Return to Ressio and click the ? icon again.


Accessing Support

Once pop-ups are enabled:

  1. Click the ? icon in the upper right corner of Ressio

  2. Select Live Chat
