[Marking schedule tasks complete (mobile)](https://help.ressiosoftware.com/marking-schedule-tasks#Mobile)   --- #### The "% Done" & "Status" Basics Within any given schedule task there are two columns that relate to the completion status of the schedule item. 1. % Done - Edit & track the completion percentage of a given schedule task 2. Status - A calculation to determine status of a schedule task. The following status' are included 1. Not Started - % Done = 0% AND the completion date of the task has not passed 2. In Progress - 100% \> % Done \> 0% AND the completion date of the task has not passed 3. Completed - % Done = 100% 4. Late - % Done \< 100% AND the completion date of the task has passed   --- #### Marking schedule tasks complete (desktop) From the schedule page, find the schedule task that you wish to edit. Click into the "% Done" cell and change the percentage to 100%. To see all the schedule tasks on a project, expand each status category by clicking on the drop down icon. To search for a schedule task, use the search bar.
