The "% Done" & "Status" Basics

Within any given schedule task there are two columns that relate to the completion status of the schedule item.

  1. % Done - Edit & track the completion percentage of a given schedule task
  2. Status - A calculation to determine status of a schedule task. The following status' are included
    1. Not Started - % Done = 0% AND the completion date of the task has not passed
    2. In Progress - 100% > % Done > 0% AND the completion date of the task has not passed
    3. Completed - % Done = 100%
    4. Late - % Done < 100% AND the completion date of the task has passed

 


Marking schedule tasks complete (desktop)

From the schedule page, find the schedule task that you wish to edit. Click into the "% Done" cell and change the percentage to 100%. Once completed, you will notice the status change to "Complete".

Tip: If you do not have see the "% Done" or "Status" columns (evan after scrolling to the right), ensure they are not hidden by:

Right clicking the header row --> selecting "Columns" --> ensure "% Done" & "Status" are toggled on.

 


Marking schedule tasks complete (mobile)

To mark tasks as completed on mobile, navigate to the schedule tab and find the desired schedule task.

Note: Schedule tasks are organized by status. To see all the schedule tasks on a project, expand each status category by clicking on the drop down icon. To search for a schedule task, use the search bar.

Press "Mark as finished" to mark any given schedule item as complete.
