Ressio login options

The Ressio platform supports a variety of methods to login to your account. The different methods are configured from the "Account Settings".

Navigating to the Account Settings

• In the bottom left hand corner of the navigation bar
• Select Account Settings

Adding different sign-in options

Depending on your sign-in preference the following option are supported. Once configured, you will have the ability to login using your preferred login method.

Under 'Profile': 

• Phone number - register and login with you phone by receiving a One-Time Password (OTP) via SMS whenever you attempt to login
• Connected accounts - login using Single Sign On (SSO) by connecting a Google or Microsoft account

Under 'Security':

• Password - set a password to login using a traditional email/password combination. Your password can be added by going to your profile icon on desktop or the mobile app.
