Ressio login options

Choose how you sign in to Ressio, including password, phone, and single sign-on options

The Ressio platform supports a variety of methods to login to your account. The different methods are configured from the "Account Settings".

Navigating to the Account Settings

  • In the bottom left hand corner of the navigation bar
  • Select Account Settings

Adding different sign-in options

Depending on your sign-in preference the following option are supported. Once configured, you will have the ability to login using your preferred login method.

Under 'Profile': 

  • Phone number - register and login with you phone by receiving a One-Time Password (OTP) via SMS whenever you attempt to login
  • Connected accounts - login using Single Sign On (SSO) by connecting a Google or Microsoft account

Under 'Security':

  • Password - set a password to login using a traditional email/password combination. Your password can be added by going to your profile icon on desktop or the mobile app.

On Mobile

You can also set your password on you mobile phone but it takes a few more clicks. You will still go through your profile icon, it will be at the bottom of your screen. 

  1. Click on the three dots on the right hand side of your screen next to your profile icon.

  2. Click "Account Settings"

  3. Click the three horizontal lines next to Account

  4. Click "Security"

  5. Set password
