Viewing & Approving a Selection [A Homeowner's View]

Selections are often the most personalized choices & touches that a client will put into their build. The selection process within the Ressio platform is a simple & robust to ensure all types of selection decisions can be captured.

1. Accessing the selection via email

As a client, you will receive an email from your contractor stating there is a a new selection item to approve. Click the "Review selection" button in your email to access the selection directly in the Ressio app.

2. Accessing the selection via the Ressio app

With the Ressio app open, a pending selection will show in the approvals list. To interact with & make a decision on the selection, select the selection document by clicking on it.

3. Making your decisions & approving the selection

The selection can be interacted with and viewed by scrolling down through the available choice groups and selections choices. Each group of choices must be confirmed before the selection document can be approved. 

To make a selection on a given selection choice, tap "Select".

To confirm a choice group, tap the "Confirm selections" button at the bottom of each choice group.

When all choice groups have been confirmed, the selection can be approved by tapping "Approve selection".

Enter an approval note and tap "Approve selection'.
