Why can't I progress invoice my line items from my estimate?

The most common reason is that your project isn’t fully set up for fixed price invoicing yet. To enable progress invoicing:

Verify the project’s financial structure is set to “Fixed Price.”

  • Go to your project’s settings.

  • Click Financials tab and set to Fixed Price.

Make sure the estimate is locked.

  • Progress invoicing pulls from the locked original estimate to populate line items.
