Navigation and Layout
Access Approvals from the left menu.
Customize columns
Columns can be sorted and filtered.
Click a column header to sort in ascending or descending order
Select the ☰ menu icon in the column header to access column picker and filtering options (if available).
Message and File Sharing
All approval documents can include messages and files.
💬 Messages: Click the message icon to view, send, and respond to messages
📎 Files: Click the file icon to view, upload, download, or open attached files
Export data
To export approval data:

Right-click anywhere in the approvals table

Choose to export as a CSV or Excel spreadsheet
Types of Approvals
The Approvals page tracks both client and vendor approval documents. As soon as a draft approval document is created or saved, it can be found here.
Client Documents
Vendor Documents
Proposals
Proposals are found in the Proposal tab.
Select a proposal to open.
Status: Sort and filter by status: Draft | Released | Completed | Canceled
Change orders
Change Orders are found in the Change Order tab.
Select a change order to open.
Selections
Selections are found in the Selection tab.
Editing: Click on a Selection to open the side drawer.
Bid Requests
Collect and approve quotes from Vendors using Bid Requests.
Select the Bid Requests tab to view bids.
Vendors: View how many vendors received and responded to each bid
Purchase Orders
Select the Purchase Order tab to view all POs and details:
Status | Issue Date | Vendor | Builder Cost | Associated Bills | Amount Paid | PO Total Amount
Select a PO to open.
