Starting a new estimate from an existing template is often easier than starting from scratch. Ressio makes importing an existing template or an existing project into a new estimate easy to do with a couple button clicks.

Importing an Existing Template or Project
From the "Estimate" page, navigate to the "Use Template" dropdown and select a template or existing project from the dropdown list.
Tip: You can search for a project or template in the dropdown list by typing
Note: If the "Use Template" dropdown is not there, it is most likely because the estimate you are working with already has data in it. The estimate MUST BE BLANK to insert a template. Try deleting any categories & cost items. For help with deleting cost items visit Deleting Cost Items from the Estimate.
Once the desired template or project is selected, Click "Insert".
The new estimate will populate with all the detail from the template or existing project that was inserted.
