Navigation and Layout

The Task Manager is available in both the web and mobile apps:

  • On Desktop: Access from the left-hand navigation menu.

  • On Mobile: Tap the Tasks icon at the bottom of the screen.

The Task Manager displays tasks in a ticket-style view, grouped by date.

Overdue tasks appear at the top and can be collapsed to simplify your view.

Filtering Tasks

The Task Manager allows flexible filtering so you can focus on what matters most:

๐Ÿ‘ค By Assignee*: See what your team members or vendors are working on.

๐Ÿ—๏ธ By Project: Narrow the view to tasks for a specific job.

โœ… By Status: Choose to show only completed or not completed tasks.

๐Ÿ“ By Task Type: Filter between to-do tasks and scheduled tasks.

โš ๏ธOnly Admin users can filter by assignee. Team members, field users and vendors only see tasks assigned to them.โš ๏ธ

Managing Tasks

The following task information is displayed:

๐Ÿ“ Task name

๐Ÿ—๏ธ Associated project

๐Ÿ“… Due date

โš ๏ธ Completion Status indicator (e.g. To-do, In Progress, Completed)

๐Ÿ”ฅ Priority level (e.g. High, Medium, Low)

Select the circle on the right to mark tasks as Complete or In Progress.

Click anywhere on the task ticket to make edits, view files, or send messages.
