Connecting a Ressio project to a QuickBooks Online customer or project

Once you have your QuickBooks Online account connect to Ressio, and your cost codes synced, you now will need to  link your Ressio project to the right customer or project within QuickBooks.

Note: If you have not connected your QuickBooks Online account or set up your cost codes, check out our knowledge base document on how to do so here. You will not be able to complete the below tasks until the above is completed.

  1. From an existing Ressio project, navigate to the Project details page
  2. Select the Financials tab and ensure the Budget Organization setting is set to Cost Code
  3. Select the Connect to QuickBooks dropdown and search for the correct QuickBooks Online customer or project
  4. Click the Connect Project button
