Syncing budget actuals from QuickBooks Online

By integrating your Ressio account with QuickBooks Online, you can seamlessly import your actual bills & expenses into your Ressio budget.

 

Before getting started

Before you can get started with actually syncing your budget actuals you will need to do the following:

  1. Familiarize yourself with how Ressio handles budgeting by checking out the budget overview knowledge base document
  2. Connect your Ressio account & cost codes by following these instructions: Connecting your QuickBooks Online account to Ressio
  3. Connect your Ressio project to the appropriate QuickBooks Online customer or project by following these instructions: Connecting a Ressio project to a QuickBooks Online customer or project

 

Syncing your budget actuals into Ressio

From your project Budget page in Ressio, click the Sync Expenses button. Once the sync completes (should only take a couple seconds) you should see you see your actuals from QBO represented in the appropriate cost codes in your Actuals budget table column.
