Connecting your QuickBooks Online account to your Ressio account can be done in a few simple steps. This article includes both a video walking you through the connection process, as well as step-by-step written instructions to help you get the two accounts linked!
Linking your QuickBooks Online account to Ressio
To get started, you will need to connect your QuickBooks Online account to your Ressio account within Ressio. In order to do this, you will need to have admin permissions within Ressio.
- Navigate to you Company settings page and select Integrations
- Click the Connect to QuickBooks button
- Click Continue on the pop-up window that states "Ressio uses Agave to connect your data"
- Select the QuickBooks Online option and click the Login with QuickBooks Online button
- A pop up window should appear prompting you to log in to QuickBooks Online. Enter your QuickBooks Online login information and follow the onscreen prompts to authorize the connection
- Return to the Ressio Integrations page, where you should see that your QuickBooks Online account is now connected
NOTE: You will need ADMIN permissions on RESSIO & QBO to make the Ressio < > QBO integration
Import your QuickBooks Online cost codes into Ressio
Up next, you will need to import your cost codes into Ressio. In order to do this, navigate to your Company settings page, select the the Cost codes page and click the Import from QuickBooks button at the bottom of the data table.
Your Quickbooks Online cost codes should now be populated in the QuickBooks Item column.
